Kalanchoe Hot Pink Mini

Make way for Kalanchoe Pumila Hot Pink Mini with her splash of pink flowers in the warmer months.

These small clustered stars grow massed on the stem tips creating a structural feature as well as a colourful pop of high energy.

You may not notice the foliage so much in summer, but you will during winter because it’s a pretty deep green with unique patterns that remain all year round.

Kalanchoes grow well in compact spaces so if you don’t have much room, she won’t complain. Pop her in a pot on the balcony, in a window box, a border or rockery and she’ll do her thing without complaint.

Despite the name this babe prefers a cooler climate – go figure.

• What to use me for: I’m the perfect low maintenance pop of colour in a limited space. I love pots, containers, window boxes and borders.

• I grow to: I’ll reach about 30m high and 50cms wide.

• Where to place me: I like a spot in full sun, please.

• How far to space me:  Give me 10cms of elbow room.

• Soil Conditions: Well-drained and fertile soil is my favourite, but I’m pretty tough and will make a go of it anywhere that isn’t waterlogged.

Beautifully grown and mature in size with developed roots and guaranteed sun hardened. These plants can be inserted straight into the ground and make an excellent garden plant.
