Alocasia lowii Morocco is special because his leaves are dark green with well-defined white to cream veining. These intricate leaves sit pretty on thin pinky-red stems. Alocasias are unusual plants with large patterned leaves sitting pretty on thin stems. Alocasias are showy plants with simple needs. Pop yours in free-draining but rich potting mix, and water when the soil is dry. Choose a bright place that’s free from burning direct light and that’s about it.
Alocasias really love a bathroom’s humidity so feel free to get rid of that old dusty blind and cover-up with his tropical foliage instead.
